The Coach and Cole Sauer were on vacation in the Polantaro Galaxy on The planet August. Jenny The Doctor's daughter was given the key to The Coach's t.a.r.d.i.s so she could learn how to turn her Gallifreyan dart ship into a prototype t.a.r.d.i.s, While The Coach and Cole Sauer we're on vacation exploring every inch of each other. 

On her Solo adventures in time and space met Leo Gavelton in the year 90,18641 on The planet New Scotland. To the Planet Snaliach Where she met the fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday. She worked on creating the parts necessary for a t.a.r.d.i.s modification for her Gallifreyan dart ship. The Coach and Cole Sauer fell more in love with each other and more connected than ever after giving themselves to each other. Cole Sauer and The Coach focused so much on the love they feel that Cole Sauer without realizing it spawned a human time lord using his abilities gained from The Coach's TARDIS psychically linked up with him. While The Coach and Cole Sauer were sleeping The new lifeform was born from The Coach's desires and longing, and Cole Sauer’s hopes and dreams. He fixed things up for them, and waited for the two of them to wake up. Jenny The Doctor's daughter finished making the parts she needed, took them over to her Gallifreyan dart ship, and put them together adding these modifications to her Gallifreyan dart ship, setting the ships to separate, and piloting them to the same place, The planet August. The Coach waking up first said,”Good morning Sweetie.” Cole Sauer, waking up second, said,”Good morning Honey.” Noticing a man that seemingly came from nowhere. He says,” Good morning parents.” The Coach asked,” Who are you?” Cole Sauer asked a follow-up question,” How are you?” He says,” I am born from The Coach's desires and longings, and You Cole Sauer your hopes and dreams.” The Coach was speechless. This man says,” Basically you both loved so hard that You brought me into existence, Cole's abilities coupled with the love you To feel for each other made me.” The Coach asked,”Do you have a name?” Cole Sauer said,” I think that is up to Us Babes.” The Coach and Cole Sauer found a name that they can agree on and asked him,” Do you like the name Joe?” Joe responded,” I love it. I'm Joe. It's good to finally see my parents awake.” First The Coach's T.A.R.D.I.S arrived on the planet August, then Jenny piloted her fresh new t.a.r.d.i.s to the planet August. Jenny sees that after exiting her t.a.r.d.i.s that it took The disguise of a baby blue Cadillac car with tinted Windows. The Coach, Cole, and Joe walked up to The Coach's t.a.r.d.i.s, Seeing that Jenny The Doctor's daughter successfully made her own t.a.r.d.i.s and it has already decided what disguise it likes, The Coach said,” Ohhh, I love that. Good work Jenny.” Jenny said,’ Thank you for telling me. Who is he?” She asked, pointing at Joe. Joe replied,” I'm Joe, the third of my kind. The first being Donna Noble, and The second her daughter Rose Noble. Jenny, can I come with you on your adventures in Time and Space?” Cole Sauer and The Coach looked at each other and said,” They grow up so fast. It's curious isn't it? The universe provides.”
